HOW TO INSTALL ORDER TOOL - EXTENSION

You can view all product variants in the same information sheet, compare information, and translate product description from Chinese to English. You can select and add multiple products to the cart simultaneously instead of just choosing one as the default. In addition, the extension helps you check the sellers' reputation on the website, helping you make more informed purchasing decisions. Kindly follow the steps below to install and use Tit247’s order tool or contact us for support.
1. Install extension
STEP 1: Using Google Chrome browser, to go Chrome web store, directly access the link
STEP 2: Click the button Add to Chrome => Add extension => Installing successfully
2. Use Order tool
STEP 1: Select goods on Taobao/T-mall/1688 and add to Tit247’s order. Tit247's order tool will display the product price in Peso on the screen. Kindly, Click the button ADD TO TIT247.COM ORDER to process your order.
STEP 2: Learn product introduction and add to order on Tit247.com. Order tool translates product information from Chinese to English, information includes: Required minimum quantity, lowest product price, product properties with their price and available stock, detailed description. Kindly select properties with their quantity, then ADD TO ORDER.
STEP 3: Check order just added. You can check the order by clicking tab VIEW ORDER above.
HOW TO CREATE ORDER
To create order, firstly, you need to have an account which is logged-in and set up the Tit247’s order tool - extension. Tit247 allows you to search for products in English and then proceed to create an order. In case, if you already have the link of the product, you can directly create an order.
1. Create order
(i) Search product and create an order
Step 1: You enter the keyword of the product you want to search in English, choose one of these websites Taobao.com/1688.com/Tmall.com and the browser will automatically open a new tab and display the aggregated result links based on your keyword.
Step 2: Select the product you want to buy, Tit247's order tool will display the product price in Peso on the screen. Kindly, Click the button ADD TO TIT247.COM ORDER to process your order.
Step 3: Learn product introduction and add to order on Tit247.com. Order tool translates product information from Chinese to English, information includes: Required minimum quantity, lowest product price, product properties with their price and available stock, detailed description. Kindly select properties with their quantity, then ADD TO ORDER
Step 4: When you add the product to cart, click SUBMIT ORDER to send this order to Tit247. Please note that the system will prompt you to enter your shipping address if you have not already provided one.
Step 5: Once you successfully submit your order, Tit247’s staff will provide you with a quotation as soon as possible.
If you already have the link of the product, you can directly create an order, the steps are as follows:
(ii) Create an order with a link
You copy the product link into the “Enter product link" field and click QUICK CREATE ORDER on the Tit247.com homepage. Next, the system will automatically display the translated product information for you to select the corresponding attributes and quantities. Alternatively, you can click the CREATE ORDER located on the menu bar, enter the product link, click GET PRODUCT DETAIL, and then select the desired attributes and quantities.
2. Receive the quotation and then settle the deposit
Here is the display of the quoted order, including updated exchange rates, service fees, and Chinese domestic shipping fee. Once the system sends the quotation, it will send you a notification on your account. It is recommended that you regularly access the system to receive order information.
To settle the payment, simply click the PAYMENT and choose the appropriate payment method. The deposit amount and specific transfer instructions will be provided in detail. Once you complete the payment, the order will be processed within 24 hours. Finally, you can track the order progress and check the order status in real-time on the status bar.
