1. Account registration
To place an order, you first need to register with personal information. Steps to be followed:
Step 1: Access to tit247.com and click on the function Register.
Step 2: Full in the necessary information, including: Full name and Number phone
Note: This phone number needs to be accurate because it cannot be changed and will be the original information to authenticate and log into your account during the transaction and order process. If you already have an account, just enter your phone number and password to log in.
Step 3: Click the “Get SMS code" button, the system will send to you a message with a code.
Step 4: After filling in all required fields, pressing the box shows that “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of Tit247.com”, then click the [Register] button.
2. Account Management
If you already have an account on Tit247 website, you click the Login function and enter your phone number & password to login.
- Account information: Fill in the form completely, the most important is your name, address and phone number because these are continuously used information and are your account authentication information.
- Order list: Track and update all orders placed, in progress, in delivering.... Order list allows you to save order information and product links. You can find your order again by looking up the order code, waybill code, product link…
- Transaction details: Financial tracking of each order placed, outstanding balance on the system. To track each order, you filter the date by order to track the outstanding balance of each order, ensuring absolute financial transparency. Tracking on the system, order value, shipping fee, paid amounts are updated accordingly daily. The outstanding balance column shows the amount of the customer, a negative number means that the customer is in debt, a positive number means that the customer has a balance on the system.
